Training Information
Training Instructions
- Go to the NCO Training Center to view available training topics.
- Click on a topic, which will take you to a screen where you can either Create your account or Login if you already have one. Follow the prompts based on your selection.
- After completing the login or account setup, you should be redirected back to the training topics.
- The enrollment key is: NCO training
- Each topic counts as 1 hour of training time.
- Please make sure you have an active email address. This is necessary to ensure you receive credit for completing the training hours.
Annual Training Requirements
- You must complete three mandatory topics each year: Annual Review, Community Integration, and Medication Management.
- After completing these 3 hours, choose an additional 9 hours from the other available topics to fulfill the required 12 hours of annual training.
- Be sure to submit all 12 hours of training to receive payment for your completion. If you’re unsure how to submit, please check with your supervisor.
Additional Training Options
- All training topics can also be completed at the Employee/Education Training Center located at the Administrative Branch office in Batesville, 710 South St. Louis St. The center is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
- If you have training from another approved source that meets the requirements, you may submit that as well. Please check with the HR Department for approval.

CPR & First Aid Instructions
- For Independence, Fulton, Sharp, or Baxter Counties and surrounding areas, contact Nena Branscum at 870-612-5900 Ext. 23, or on her cell at 870-307-3013.
- For Day Care Centers, contact Jo Hartung at 870-856-4990.
- You may also register for CPR and First Aid classes with local providers such as hospitals, fire departments, ambulance services, or community colleges.
- NCO, Inc. will reimburse up to $40.00 for CPR and First Aid classes. Please be sure to send a copy of your certification card to the HR Department for reimbursement.
- Remember to submit your training hours to receive payment. If you’re unsure how, contact your supervisor.
