Our Story
Network of Community Options, Inc. began in 1974 as Helping Hands School, Inc., originally focused on serving children with special needs. As the needs of Arkansas families evolved, so did our mission. Over the years, we expanded to serve:
- Infants and children with developmental delays
- Adults with developmental disabilities
- 23 counties across Arkansas
- A full range of services, including residential support, employment services, center-based habilitation, and in-home waiver supports
To reflect this growth, we became Network of Community Options, Inc., a name that captures our commitment to providing individualized service options and achieving meaningful outcomes through strong community partnerships. Networking with local resources has enabled the individuals we serve to thrive in their homes, schools, and communities.
